My name is Sydney Friedman and I am a graduate student in the Clinical Psychology PhD program with a neuroscience minor. I am originally from San Antonio, Texas and completed by BS in Psychology at the University of Arizona.

Research Interests:

  • Specifically, how the brain and body adapts to traumatic events such as the death of a loved one
  • Generally, emotional, physiological, and neurological experiences as a reaction to death and loss.
