The Women of Impact initiative, led by the Office of Research, Innovation & Impact, was created as an effort to embrace and empower women who, through their work at the University, are laying the foundation for a brighter, more equitable future. Each year, they solicit nominations from across the University and select 30 remarkable faculty and staff members whose expertise and recognition in their respective fields elevates our status as a Research I, land-grant institution.

This year, Psychology's own Mary Peterson (Director, Cognition Science Program) was included as one of the 30 impressive and forward-thinking leaders who has made an impact that resonates across our campus and far beyond.

Congratulations, Dr. Peterson!
